How to live the real life I really want

It's time to get real..to the genuine article,authentic,true to life,straightforward,honest,very much down to earth...Really wish that i could CHANGED!Reading this book titled 'The Power of Focus For a Women" by Fran Hewitt & Les Hewitt.My close friend,Abbie Neoh gave me a copy of this book..so i can stay strong forever.Im realy grateful to have friends that are so supportive ,who motivate me the road of life.

What do all young children want & need?Mostly to feel loved,to feel safe.to get attention.and to feel significant.Children look to the significant people in their lives for guidance and for direction,and they often adopt their ways.Children learn to model whatever behavior is expected."Be good." "Be nice.","Be brave."The world of children is dominated by big people upon whom their very lives depends.

This teaches me to be a Good Example of Big People.Self-esteem is essential for a fulfilling life,it is the key to succes or failure.The most valuable things in life is "HAPPINESS, TIME WITH FAMILY MEMBERS & LOVE ONES ".

A women with healthy self-worth genuinely celeebrates success,and rightly so.She may feel challenged to accomplish something else,but underneath she feels good about her success.She might even say, "That's enough hard work for a while.I think i'll just relax and do something less demanding."She'd still be happy.

Courage & independant thinking is the essential ingredients for being authentic.The more integral we are,the more self respect we eran.Our self-esteem begins to flourish.Another crucial aspect of integrity is keeping our word.Its not easy.I believe this is one of the prime reasons world is in such a state.

YOU will be a big brother to baby Rayden.Can u always protect your little brother at all times when mummy is not around,look after him & comfort him.No matter what happen ,both of you are still brother.Always remember that..Mummy never leaves you when you were born.I look after you till u are 2 years old..then i come out and work..Seeing you from a baby,and now you will be 6 years old this year.Remembering all your actions and your childhood time will be part of my life.

You look so different now...a grown up baby.Pictures from newborn,few months later,learning to turn over and crawling on bed,sitting upright,eating solid food,says the first word..pa-pa...then lots more words to come.Started walking at about 15months,if im not wrong.But started baby talks at 9mths.A fast learner.

Hope gives powerful strenght to the body, mind & spirit & builds confidence.The real YOU is the person you were before the dramas & traumas of life changed you.Being your real self is all you ever need to be.Stop attempting to be someone you're not.

I will apply happiness ingredients in my life and my childrens as well..shall live ife without fear and worries...GOD,will u give me the strenght to live ?Each days passes by so fast.like a blown of wind in a seconds.Happiness of life is important,from now onwards i will forgets the pasts and starts with new beginning of life.

Friends Forever-CNY 2009 gathering

Laughters begins..recalling all our school time memories.Miss school time.Managed to have a CNY gathering at Coffee Island at Gurney Drive.Brought my 2 kids with me...And it is also mothers & kids gathering.

We spend about 4 hours over there..Giving angpow to little ones..Eating and drinking..checking facebook ..update our friends.So glad to see them.For me,my friendship is important in life.
